SSM INTRODUCTION OF A NEW 12-DIGIT REGISTRATION FORMAT

What is the New Format for SSM’s Business Entities Registration Number?

This new registration number format was implemented on 11 October 2019.　This new format for Business Entities Registration Number will replace the existing registration number in SSM．It is introduced to replace the various formats of registration numbers generated by the existing system. This would be in line with Government’s initiative to use a single registration format for business entities in Malaysia.
